Delivery & Returns
Existing designs can be customised to your own requirements or be commissioned in a specific precious metal or combinations of metals such as sterling silver, 9ct gold, 18ct gold in yellow, white or red. You may also a piece from your own ideas or designs.

Royal Mail Special Delivery
Items up to the value of £2,500 are sent via the Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' service at a cost of £6.00. This service requires a signature and is insured against loss and damage.
Special Delivery is guaranteed to arrive next working day. If you would like to me contact you prior to dispatch to arrange a delivery date, please let me
know or make a note of this on the order form. If someone is not available to sign for the parcel a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange
re-delivery or collect it from your nearest Collection Office.
Guaranteed Saturday Delivery:
The Royal Mail provides a Saturday guaranteed service for an additional £2.20. If you are ordering online and would like this service, please add it to the
basket - the 'Add to Basket' for this can be found at the foot of the Orchard Range Jewellery page.
European Union & International Postage
EU (outside of UK)
Items up to the value of £500 are sent via the Royal Mail 'International Signed For' service from £12. This service requires a signature and
is insured against loss and damage and takes from 3 days to arrive. Orders over £500 or requiring express (next day) delivery can be arranged by courier.
Delivery to the EU is quoted for on an individual basis. Please contact me me to discuss your requirements.
International (outside the EU)
Items up to the value of £500 are sent via the Royal Mail 'International Signed For' service from £14. This service
requires a signature and is insured against loss and damage and in general take around 4 days to 5 days to arrive at
most destinations. Orders over £500 or requiring express delivery can be arranged by courier. International delivery is
quoted for on an individual basis. Please me to discuss your requirements.
Customs and import duties do not apply to delivery within the United Kingdom or European Union. For International orders,
customs or import duties may be levied once the package reaches your country. If so, these charges are to be paid for by
the recipient. I neither have control over these charges if they are levied, nor can I predict what they may be.
All orders are delivered in a protective, damage proof mailing box.
Stocked Items & Delivery Timescales
All orders are dealt with as speedily as possible. Items which are in stock are usually dispatched
within 3 working days of payment being received. If you require your order urgently it may be possible
to dispatch your order the same day - please .
Specific Dates & Commissions
If there is a specific date you require your order to be delivered, please contact me
with the exact date and I will advise you if
I am able to meet your request. Specially commissioned items are dealt with on a individual basis.
Quality Control & Returning Your Jewellery
All items are checked before they are sent out. Please check the items carefully when received and, in the unlikely event of damage,
I must be contacted within three days of receipt.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the goods within 7 days (EU 9 days and US 14 days),
in perfect condition, complete with packaging and proof of purchase and I will be happy to offer an exchange,
credit note or a full refund less the cost of the postage and packaging (see below for exceptions to this).
Please contact me prior to returning an item with details of the problem.
Returns must be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and insured for the full cost of the item within the time stated.
I cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns if they are returned by normal or recorded post.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Jewellery that has been specially created to your own requirements cannot be returned and, for hygiene reasons, under UK Health and Safety law,
earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
